Orders & Customization
Can I request a custom design? Absolutely. We specialize in custom manufacturing. Whether you need a specific logo placement, custom colors, or a completely new design, our team can bring your vision to life. Please contact our support team for a custom quote.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom bags? MOQs vary depending on the complexity of the design and materials used. For standard branding on existing designs, we offer flexible quantities. For fully bespoke designs, please reach out for specific details.

Can I see a mockup before my order is manufactured? Yes. For all custom orders, we provide a digital mockup for your approval. We do not begin the manufacturing process until you have confirmed the design details.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order? Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. For custom manufacturing orders, the lead time is generally 10–15 business days, depending on the order volume.

Do you offer tracking for my shipment? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Returns & Quality Guarantee
What is your policy on manufacturing defects? We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as faulty stitching or hardware), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or repair at no cost.

Can I return a custom-made bag? Because custom bags are manufactured to your specific requirements, they are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing error or defect.
